ombre

 

Happy to share these photos from a couple of weeks ago at Soda Rock Winery. Enjoy Events Co invited us to do the flowers for a rehearsal dinner -- the opening act of a three day wedding extravaganza in Healdsburg. The floral theme for this night, as you'll see, is ombre, shading from red to peach and yellow, all contained in pretty silver bowls. Peonies, garden roses and poppies galore.

Citrus Wedding A couple of weeks ago, we gathered up boxes of citrus fruit, bunches of bay branches, and bucket of white flowers -- peonies, garden roses and sweet peas. We were even able to find some unexpected and late season philadelphus, which many mistook for citrus blossoms. copper with red We recently did party flowers to celebrate the anniversary of a lovely couple in their family home in Walnut Creek. For those who live nearby, the whimsical brick architecture of the house may look familiar. We did big bouquets in beautiful polished antique copper containers that they provided and small cocktail table arrangements in tin cans that we resurfaced with copper sheeting.
